1. Definitions and Interpretations

Visitors and users (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") of the Dinner in the Sky – Online Reservation Platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") agree to abide by the following terms of use (the "Terms and Conditions") prior to purchasing seats for the Dinner in the Sky experience (including online purchases or in-person purchases at the hotel or restaurant).

"Seats" or "Event" refers to the Dinner in the Sky event. We are authorized to sell you seats. "We" refers to the organizer. "Us" and "Our" are to be understood accordingly. "You" refers to the seat purchaser or anyone acting with your authority or permission.

2. Places

1) All prices are in euros (€) and include the service charge and VAT.

2) All places for the Dinner in the Sky events at the respective venues are sold subject to availability and these terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing.

3) Confirmation of the purchase of seats for an event will be sent to the email address you provided in the system.

4) The seat allocation for the event is based on availability and the arrangement on site. It is not possible to change or reserve a specific seat.

5) To be admitted to the event, you must present a valid booking confirmation.

6) The booking confirmation is only valid for the day of the event and the booked time.

7) 1 (one) seat can only be booked for 1 (one) person.

8) Resale of already reserved seats is prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel resold seats.

3. Price and Payment

1) The price of your reservation corresponds to the price set at the time of acceptance of your online order.

2) Individual discount/promotion codes do not apply in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers or bonus cards.

4. Changes to the Event

The organizer or the operator of the event location reserves the right to postpone, delay, cancel, interrupt or terminate the event due to technical problems, dangerous situations or other important reasons that are beyond reasonable control.

5. Liability

1) In the event of a change to the event as mentioned in point 4, EITS BvBa or the operator of the event location is not liable for costs incurred by the customer for travel, accommodation or other related services.

2) A full refund (excluding the booking price) will be granted if the organizer, EITS BvBa, cancels the event.

6. Cancellation or Postponement

It is your responsibility to find out whether the event has been cancelled or postponed, and to find out the date and time of a rescheduled event. In the event of cancellation or postponement, the organizer will use its best efforts to inform you.

7. Requirements for Admission

1) You must be at least 18 years old to participate in Dinner in the Sky. If a guest is under the age of 18, the presence and signature of a parent or legal guardian is required.

2) Punctuality is essential for the Dinner in the Sky experience. We recommend arriving no later than 20 minutes before the start. If you arrive late, missed parts will not be repeated and no refund will be given.

3) The organizer does not guarantee that the prepared dishes are free of common allergens such as nuts, dairy products, gluten, etc. We recommend reviewing the menu on our website before booking.

4) You are responsible for your own health and safety. You must take all precautions regarding your health condition.
