Cancellation & Booking Policy
The English version of these terms is the governing version.
Booking Deposit
A non-refundable booking deposit of €30 per person is required to secure your reservation.
This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including if you choose to cancel your booking.
Date Changes
If you wish to change the date of your booking, you must contact us by email.
Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours before your scheduled experience.
For each approved date change:
- 50% of the booking deposit (€15 per person) will be retained as a rebooking fee.
- The remaining 50% (€15 per person) will be credited towards your new booking.
Date changes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Requests received less than 72 hours before the scheduled experience cannot be accommodated and the booking deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations
If you cancel your booking, the €30 per person booking deposit is non-refundable.
Any payments made in excess of the booking deposit will be refunded where applicable in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the applicable Portuguese consumer legislation, contracts for leisure services to be provided on a specific date or during a specific period are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal.
As Dinner in the Sky is a leisure experience booked for a specific date and time, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
